I didn’t take a traditional path into this line of work—my career began with an art degree at NC State (go Pack!), moved through healthcare and science museums, and later evolved into UX design before landing in client success and project delivery, where organization and creativity met perfectly in the middle for me.

Throughout my career, I've developed deep respect for both the creative process and the real-world impact of the projects I take on. I’ve learned that the best work happens when processes are simple, teams are aligned, and customer satisfaction is always met. From beginning to end, I stay hands-on and always prioritize what truly matters to make the project shine.
